Him and Chase are the best WR prospects in the last 20 years

Ewers would be our third string QB, and look what he did to you.
Then again, Ohio State 3rd stringers have a history against your soft defense.

But he shouldn't even be in the top 3 for the Biletnikoff,

Marvin Harrison Jr lololol. LSU's second best receiver is 8 catches behind with more touchdowns and exactly the same yards per catch. Mentioning him is just so try-hard. It's ludicrous.

I agree he shouldn’t be a heisman contender, but to say he isn’t the best WR in the country is asinine.
He’s the best WR in CFB since Jamarr Chase. He’s a generational talent.

Jefferson was not a top prospect??? He has only
Turned into a top 3 WR in the league…

Everyone agrees that's one of the dumbest nicknames of all time.
But it did spur on the Honda McCord moniker.

I’d be shocked if MHJ isn’t the first WR off the board. Him and Chase are the best WR prospects in the last 20 years. Chase has been a #1 since he came out. MHJ will be a top 20 guy as a rookie too.
Calvin Johnson is the best WR prospect of the last 20 years and it isn’t particularly close. Megatron went number 1 overall, as a WR, playing in a triple option offense. Guy is the prototype.
The last 20 years also includes Larry Fitzgerald, Julio Jones and AJ Green.

Harrisons odds have fallen off since last night. It's a three man race for the Heisman and it's between the QBs

Calvin Johnson played under Chan Gailey, not Paul Johnson.
ETA: He also went #2 overall, not #1.

He's +480 on FanDuel, Daniels is +460.
It's still a 4 man race

Has nothing to do with how the media votes on Heisman.

Which is absolutely absurd.
Harrison is a great WR but he’s the most replaceable player among those four and it’s not particularly close.

Damn. I really remember him going 1 overall. How could I forget Jamarcus.
Everything I said appears to be wrong.
I stand by my conclusion.

quote:And in the other 7 games, he has no fewer than 105 yards receiving.
He has 3 games under 40 yards this year.
2 of them are Rutgers and Indiana.
In fact, in those other 7 games, he’s AVERAGING 5 receptions for 98.6 yards and a touchdown IN THE FIRST HALF, plus he has a rushing touchdown on Saturday in the 1st half, and only played the 1st drive of the 2nd half and added a 57 yard reception.
So yeah those 3 games were outliers, and McCord struggled in those games (although he for 2 TDs to Marv against Rutgers), and Marv had a 24 yard touchdown incorrectly called back on an illegal touching against Indiana, after the B1G admitted it was incorrect (happened twice in 2 weeks).
Even with those 3 games and a considerably worse QB, he’s averaging almost exactly the same receptions per game compared to 2022 (5.9 vs. 5.92) but more yards per game (106.3 vs. 97.1) more receiving touchdowns per game (1.2 vs. 1.1), more yards per receptions (18.0 vs. 16.4), more all purpose yards per game (108.9 vs. 99.6) and total touchdowns per game (1.3 vs. 1.1).
