Women's basketball is AWFUL and it's not even close.

And this coming from a guy who's school has a national title.

I'm not lying to myself, couldn't give a frick. I did not watch any of that run or team.

I have been saying this for decades, as I have enjoyed soccer since the late '70s

For the record, this thread started its life, and the first four pages, on the OT before it was moved in here.

If they made the goal 10 feet wider and eliminated offsides, soccer would be a great sport to watch.

Soccer would be totally unwatchable without offsides rule.

You're an idiot.

Its not my favorite sport and i didnt grow up playing but i referee it and i enjoy that. I used to feel the same way as you. If you get on the field and see how things develop and the strategies from attackers going for through balls or if they want to do more crosses into the box and defenders setting offside traps it gets a lot more interesting than just waiting for a goal to be scored. Have a couple high school games to officiate tonight actually

It’s slightly less boring than tennis, golf, or Nascar. But not by much.

There appears to be two very NSFW pics attached to the story so I'm not going to post the link in fear of banishment.
