Pre-injury - incredibly overrated
Post-comeback - somewhat underrated

He's a pretty good QB but I think that he's still overvalued based on his ratings coming out of college

I wouldn't consider him to currently be a top 5 QB

He could be really good in the right situation. When he hasn’t been good, he’s usually had an incomplete team around him.

Luck was created in a lab and is the prototype QB. Perfect height, build, arm strength, very mobile and extremely smart. Plus he is ugly as sin, which probably humbles him a bit. So he isn't a total A-hole. Indy was a horrible team that he kept relevant. Now they are loaded. So its time for him to take the next step..
