I do hope South Florida and Texas meet at some point and that South Florida beats them. USF is a great fit for Charlie

They're scheduled to play a home-home in 2020 and 2022.

I've never defended Strong before and do believe he was in over his head but that said I have no doubt some UT folks were never behind him and were doing all they could behind the scenes to insure he failed. He'll probably be pretty successful at the mid major level going forward.

Herman showed what he can do already.

That was the most fight I've seen Texas have in 5 years. Hell maybe, 10 years. Ask Mack's last years were pathetic.

That wasn't a soft country-club football team.

Strong inherited a good USF team that won 11 games last year. What did Herman inherit from Strong....?

For getting rid of strong and hiring Herman? Strong starts off 3-0 (possibly 4-0 after tonight) and Herman goes 1-2 after getting embarrassed by Maryland at home. (Give credit for the close USC game though)

lulz...

Strong inherited a strong Louisville team
Strong inherited a strong USF team with a returning QB, Taggert is going to be the next great coach

Strong couldn't handle the pressure of Texas or a rebuild

A lot less pressure at Louisville before they went to ACC

Strong went 7-6 his first two seasons at Louisville and then went 23-3 his last two seasons.

Teddy Bridgewater

It's takes a good QB to start, then everything else is just OK to be successful.
