That is in no way enough to block the PR disaster she was going through. Oh they issued a statement. They let the media run with this for weeks without taking any legal action.
It's been 30+ days since this happened. Lawsuit should have been filed by 2/28

They immediately got lawyers. Their lawyers immediately notified the FBI and other authorities. They immediately announced they would be filing lawsuits
