Probably not the dirtiest, but I cringed when I saw that. Going low on a person from their blind spot in this situation shows either an insane lack of awareness or is just plain dirty, both of which are unacceptable as an NFL level QB.
I've soured quite a bit on Mac this year. The Pats offensive staff is probably the worst in football, but damn he's made some horrendous decisions while also refusing to step up in the pocket. Add that to the constant hissy fits he's throwing and it's just getting ugly. Maybe he looks better after the staff is rehauled, but I don't think he's ever a top 10 level QB.
