Yep. He makes Bo Nix look like Dan Marino mechanics-wise in comparison.

Kevin Sumlin should throw him some money.

Case Keenum’s 6th year and Manziel’s freshman year put $30+ million in Summie’s pocket. Basically 15 months and generations are set.

Most of Manziel’s career earning come from his time with the Browns. He signed a four-year rookie contract worth $8.247 million in 2014 that included $6.702 million guaranteed and a $4.318 million signing bonus. Still did alright for himself. Won a Heisman, made some millions, and I’ve read his family had plenty money already.

Did all right for himself? I’m sure Uncle Sam, his coke dealer and various bartenders took most of that guaranteed money. He’s a wife-beater....a drug addict and divorced. He’s been dumped by his wife, the worst franchise in the NFL, 2 CFL teams, a marketing agency, every company that ever paid him for his endorsement and the sleaziest agent in football - Drew Rosenhaus. He’s fricking toxic and unemployable. Matt Flynn has done better for himself than Johnny Football.

There may come a time when the family says they've had enough of his antics and cut him out of THEIR money.

There's no guarantee he's going to inherit his families money. The guys 28 and still acting like he's a juvenile delinquent teenager.

He'll end up doing something like starting a top golf with a titty bar on the third floor.

Jesus Christ, that’s the prime example of “anyone can have a pod cast”....

I turned it off when he started talking about his White Claw...

Yeah, not sure I’m with the people in this thread who feel like he’s “living the good life” playing golf, drinking and hanging out.

If Manziel feels that way, why is he saying he’s “trying to figure it out”? If he really believed he had it made, then there’d be nothing to “figure out”.

Having fun all the time is great if you’re a child. Manziel is 28. Men need function, not a life of nothing but gratification and men who don’t find it end up in depression or worse.

So I hope he does figure it out at some point.

If he kept his head on straight, he'd at least make it as a backup until he hits the pension threshold.

Look at the backups in the league.

I still say ESPN made Manziel. They just kept showing that throw against Alabama, who ESPN puts on a pedestal, over and over again until the Heisman voters bought into the hype.

Well, that was also the year of Manti Teo, so I guess ESPN was creating undeserving Heisman candidates left and right.
