Ok. You keep living in the past. I'll take our 6-2 record over his CURRENT 2-5 record. I've seen you post on here many times bashing O. You are obviously caught up in your agenda. There is no reasoning with kids like you that know it all.

Last year fl st wasn't up at the top, despite all those top recruiting classes. Remember the 63-20 loss to Louisville? This year, they were preseason top 5, with all those top recruiting classes and will likely finish 4-7. But yeah, they will be back on top next year. Lol

That's called cherry picking, when discussing programs/teams/coaches, and it's never a valid decision making process.

I will cherry pick with you. Would you rather a 14-0, NC season or 6-2 and whatever we end up this yr?

I wonder if JA ever gauged interest from Dabo about the LSU job.

Why would Dabo come here? He's doing just fine at Clemson.

Yeah, just another 10 win season for Jimbo last year.

BC is their only "bad" loss this season. 3 of their other losses came to teams with a combined 1 loss on the season. And they lost their starting QB in the first game of the season.

LSU wouldn't have a much better record, if at all, with their schedule.

Jimbo absolutely deserve to be ripped

I disagree a little bit about Herman despite the record. Texas is playing very good football and heading in the right direction. They also add a very very good recruiting class. I think Herman is doing a good job at UT

Jimbo let the team completely fall apart absolutely

Just having a little fun during the bye week.

If you don't see the similarities in their situations so be it. I think Jimbo is just a few years behind Les from where he was when he was canned.

2007 - Les wins NC; 2013 Jimbo wins NC

2011 - LSU loses embarrassing NC game; 2014 FSU gets blown out in natty

2012 on LSU fails to beat Bama; last 2 years Clemson beats FSU and will likely beat them again this year

FSU will likely start to struggle in recruiting as Miami is going to start to draw recruits now that Richt has resurrected the program.

Jimbo's only saving grace is that Dabo is not at Saban's level so he may not be able to dominate the ACC the way Saban has the SEC.

Lastly, despite even recent success, Jimbo's fan base has been very critical of him and he has a contingent wanting him fired.

I could be completely off on my assessment, but I'm curious to see how the next few years shake out.

Les never had the program slip into the cesspool like the asshat, Jimbi has this year. He has lost control of the program. Les never did.

Jimbo's team looked like total shite last night and they are headed for a terrible year. You have to credit Les for always having winning seasons and not letting that happen. With that said, we were headed for a bad year with Les last year, but LSU made the change when we were 2-2. After that, the whole team improved.

Herman in his first season at dysfunctional Texas is not a valid assessment at this point. Jimbo is dealing with a disastrous season that is snowballing out of control, but he should be given a chance to bounce back before drawing any conclusions.

O is having a better season (obviously not perfect ) than either of them, and yet he gets even less of a pass here. Every coach has failures in their past that they've learned from. The fact that O's was so visible and dramatic makes it worse, but not all that different. If you hire someone, you need to have the balls to actually give them a valid chance to succeed (or fail).

Bet his arse wishes he was here now but he and his agent tried to milk LSU's arse dry! I hope he sits there, gets his arse whooped and has to coach at a place like Middle Tenn St next.

Jimbo has been WAAAAY overrated.
Not a horrible coach, just not the super star.
He rode the coat tails of Bowden and of Jameis Winston.
Now his new ride collapsed and he can do nothing.

You’re just going to ignore the other 10 team positions that Les consistently developed into NFL talent?
