Is there a similar spreadsheet adding in the last 20 years?

Alabama and Ohio State probably move to 1 and 2. Insane titles, winning percentage, and bowl wins uptick for both

Not sure how far Michigan and Nebraska drop. Others stay around the same

There is, but it stopped updating as of the 2016 season

If you added in 2016, 2017, and 2018, I think both Ohio State and Oklahoma jump USC

Clemson is definitely a Tier 2 program with LSU still.

Clemson, in their defense, is also making this run while not needing special accommodations as well. Much respect goes out to them for this also. I've yet to see ESPN have to force Clemson into anything. They earn their way there.

What makes a Tier 1 program?

Nowadays that is simple: Does X program get more press, passes/benefits of the doubt than others? When they lose, are their losses whitewashed by the media? What ratings do they bring to the table?

That is what it is all about. Has everything to do with what they have accomplished, and what the media can help them accomplish. Believe me, you know as a fan if the media is FOR your team.

Miami and Penn State should be ahead of LSU for starters. I see no FSU either.

LSU is a marginal top 25 team historically. Before Saban yall were totally un-noteworthy.

It's a made up chart. Who the frick cares? No one views LSU as a historical top 10 program. The fact that you think so is just ludicrous.

If you think FSU has any place in front of lsu historically you arent even what I would call a functioning retard

and you thought of 3 teams (some being awful) to move ahead of lsu, putting them at 13

Yet, you think fringe top 10 is ludicrous

Nebraska has not been relevant since the 90’s.

Once again, this has nothing to do with being a blueblood.

Yale hasn't been relevant in over a Century.

Once you're a blueblood you are always a blueblood.

Kentucky basketball doesn't stop being a blueblood if they suck for the next 20 years.

Blueblood is what teams dominated the 20th century or the first 100 years of football.

The you know it when you see it or hear the name.

PSU and Tennessee were always fringe leading up to the 21st century.

LSU hadn't won shite in 50 years so they were below that before 2003.

Clemson had that title in 1980.

If LSU is in that 2nd tier now with Penn State, etc than Clemson certainly is.
