It sucks lonzo gets so much hate because of his das. If it wasn't for Lamar nobody would be saying anything negative about lonzo. He's not a bad player

Explain how you think he will "suck". He already has proven that he has certain skills that are unteachable and that will allow him to play in this league for 10-12 years.
Hate his dad, but its just ignorant after seeing summer league and seeing what he did at UCLA to say he will be a bust.

I think if Laker fans think he is the next Kobe they will be disappointed, but I think he will have a decent few years.
I do feel bad for him having to carry around the weight of his father everywhere he goes.

I don't think anyone's expecting him to be Kobe Bryant, one of the GOATs. But he can be an elite PG in the league

He will have a Jason Kidd like impact.
Has to work on shot but in NBA you can get by like Kidd did.
Not as fast as Kidd but court awareness definitely there.
He would be perfect with a superstar like LeBron or someone else that needs the ball with a PG that doesn't need the offense to run through him.

I love lonzo’s game but hate his dad.
In a way, I wouldn’t mind if lonzo ended up being a bust because it would just be egg on lavar’s face and he would go away. No way lamelo and liangelo are making the league.

My only issue with him is that he's set a precedent that you can be a complete attention whore while pimping out your son and that's a smart business discussion as long as you can handle the media response.
I can't wait until we have a "Real Dads of the NBA Draft" reality series here in about 5 years.

I'm just sick of television rewarding people for their bad behavior. That's all reality television is and I can't stand that selfish attention whores are being glorified in our culture.

Jason Kidd's biggest impact is defensively, he was arguably the GOAT defensive guard

That day will never come. I think it's far more likely that Lonzo ends up as the best player in his class.
