Fa sho.

Currently 4 wins away from 5th place on the all-time wins list.
Will likely pass Tom Landry for 4th place all-time within the next 3 seasons.
3 Super Bowl Appearances
1 Super Bowl Championship
100 wins with 2 franchises (only to ever do it)
.620 career win %
4x NFL coach of the year

220+ wins with a .628 winning percentage, 17 playoff wins, and three SB appearances in the salary cap era makes him a slam dunk 1st ballot selection.

5st round ballot. I envision Michael Buffer announcing his name slowly and loud.

It also felt weird typing 5st and reading it.

Coaches in the HOF are weird. I don’t even know if they have a 1st ballot. Tom Landry got in 2 years after he was fired. Bill Cowher didn’t get in for 15 or so years. There’s only a dozen or so coaches from the modern era in the HOF.

Bill Belichick, Andy Reid, Mike Tomlin are likely shoe-ins. Pete Carroll and Sean Payton have good cases for making it in as well.
