This is Imanaga’s 2nd bad start in his last 5.

He gave up 7 earned runs on May 29th, 4 unearned runs, 5 total, on June 4th (7 hits in 4.1 that day) and 10 earned runs today.

His WHIP over his last 5 starts is 1.50.

Imanaga doesn’t have good enough stuff once the players start to adjust, and they have over the last month.

shite, Skenes had a start the other day where his fastball and splinker were not great and he still went 6 with 7Ks and 1 run given up throwing his other pitches.

lol guy has a 1.22 ERA in wins and in his 2 losses it’s 20.80

17 of his total 26 ER are in 7.1 innings across 2 disastrous starts

The overwhelming odds are Skenes will have a day like this at some point.

That should've been 8 runs max. IDK how they put him out to start the 4th inning.

Skenes will have a game with about seven bloop hits, an error and two innings later it’s 8 runs given up. You already see it, his strikeout lines are already dangerous because when he gets 0-2 on someone they give up and just flick the bat. Their aren't many pitchers who players don’t try to hang in and still hit a ball hard.

Yes I agree he is a monster. I can just see the one game coming where he is bad and we get the same thread.

While I agree with that, the MLB says he is.

Saw Wheeler give up 8 runs his last outing. 4HRs. His stuff is filthy too. Everyone was saying CY before that happened.

They all get smoked eventually. Wheeler is a bad dude but he has never been top flight that Skenes is supposed to be. Maybe Skenes will turn into that too but it’s just wait and see

Chris Sale gave up 8 runs to the Single A's(Oak)

Hopefully Skenes bad day is 4 runs 6IP. I got a lot of money riding on him.
