They allowed Ozzie Smith to do backflips for 15 years. Don’t let the dipshit Matheny era fool you. The Cardinals have always had colorful personalities throughout their history.

We are not under the same style of leadership compared to that era or even the TLR days.

The personality these days has revolved around that stupid arse salsa shite that got pimped with Carpenter.

Re Tatis and last night, pretty cool of Bauer to say Tatis having fun after the HR's was fine with him. "It's hard to hit HR's!". True dat.

Bauer had a YouTube page that is somewhat entertaining. Great to watch before bed, his personality is nothing like I thought it was based on what espn says about him.

Tim Anderson is fun as well, but I agree, it's hard not to like Tatis.

I thoroughly enjoy watching Tim Anderson play.

this has been his take for years and he has openly called for players to have more fun during the game and people who "police it" with unwritten rules are doing harm

I love Tatis. Great player and great personality.

Good for San Diego too. Great great city and glad they have a good baseball team now. They deserve it.

Same here. They deserve it after the hell they went through with the Spanos family.

The Spanos are the worst ever but it was the soy latte drinking snowflakes of North Park that denied the fun in downtown cause they got conned into thinking their taxes were going to get raised

Otherwise Petco, Chargers Park and the Convention center would all be connected making it the GOAT

I’ll always be pissed at the cardinals. He wanted to play in St. Louis like his dad, and we told him he wasn’t good enough to make it to high level ball. Has to be the biggest mistake in our franchise history

Jesus

That can’t be true

Dancing in the dugout in celebration of an accomplishment is so disrespectful and damaging to the sport of baseball. I’m glad we have pitchers and older players to protect the sport and keep him from destroying it.

Did you see Bauer’s comments after the game?

He said good for Tatis and the game needs more of him and we shouldn’t punish players for celebrating

Good for him. Make MLB fun again

Trevor Bauer really needs to stop making me like him.

Bauer has always had an undeserved bad reputation, but very few pitchers work harder and everyone from the Indians has always said he was a great teammate.

I hope he hits another one. Sports aren’t back until a cholo murders another cholo at a Dodgers game.

Nice to completely ignore the other side of the player as he is leading MLB in errors. Typical mindset of baseball fans, you can be a star if you can hit the ball bit still suck on defense.

I want to see him do it for 162 games before I say they got a steal with his contract.
