Im guessing as the best in any sport tends to get calls..and most people watch them because they are the best...it comes with the territory. You are the best, take the big contracts, endorsement deals, it's just part of it.

This many people complaining is a respect. That's why I don't understand Laker,Yankee, etc fans who complain about people complaning about them. Know you get some calls but also know everyone wants to be you.

lakers and yankees get to spend more money than anyone else and gets the calls all the time to win games. Tiger woods wins on his own hard work. Name a call that helped tiger win all his events?

Faldo has won 6 majors. Only 11 men have ever won more. You tiger lovers who have been spoon fed his every practice swing by the media need to be aware of the other dominant golfers in the past. Faldo in his prime could stare down anybody on the leader board....so Faldo damn sure has earned the right to have a sack and say Tiger should have been DQed. At least he isn't another bootlickier like the rest of the media....and as a 3 time champion, Augusta national cant say a damn thing to him about disagreeing with their stance

Tiger gained an unfair advantage with his drop and signed an incorrect scorecard He dropped his ball 2 yards further back to gain an advantage and admitted doing so. Ignorance of the rules is no excuse. He should have been DQ'd

quote:

"I went down to the drop area," he said. "That wasn't going to be a good spot, because obviously it's into the grain, it's really grainy there. And it was a little bit wet. So it was muddy and not a good spot to drop. So I went back to where I played it from, but I went two yards further back and I took, tried to take two yards off the shot of what I felt I hit. And that should land me short of the flag and not have it either hit the flag or skip over the back.

Tigers only legal, ethical and/or moral obligation is to abide by the rules committee's/official's decision in this matter. Period.

No shite huh? If Fred couples was a womanizer (is he?) there would be less uproar. If Fred couples wins the masters, there will be less uproar. That's what happens when you're the top guy in the sport. Suck it up

Fred Couples is likely a womanizer because he is incredibly handsome.

Fwiw, and you don't have to believe me, Freddie is a VERY similar individual to tiger. This coming from several extremely close friends who work in the golf/hospitality business here in South Florida.

And reading the thread... You guys have deduced it. Freddie was tiger before tiger was tiger.

If you mean he gets after the ladies, then yes. If you mean he's petulant and takes him self incredibly seriously, then absolutely not.

Better example of why golf isn't a sport?

1) that 57 year old Fred couples is on the leader board or

B) that a 14 year old made the cut for the masters?
