If these coaches are so racist, how do they get black kids to go to their schools?

The players from Iowa and Okie Lite and soon to be other colleges keep accusing these coaches of being such blatant and irredeemable racists. The only question I have is why do these black athletes continue to go to those schools and put up with these horrible transgressions? Do recruits and players not speak to each other?
Why is it only just now coming out that these coaches are racists?

There’s only so many schools they can go that can realistically get them to the NFL

If they're great, they want to go to the school that is winning big so it will be easier to get to the next level, they don't care about the coach personally. Just what programs are hot and the media slobbers over them and so will slobber over the player. Coach can be an a-hole, they don't care.
If they're not that great, they'll go where it's close to home and whatever campus and school looks cool and maybe they have a personal connection with a position coach.
If they're barely D1 material, they'll fricking play for David Duke if it gets them a free ride.
If you don't have money to continue getting out of poverty, you'll play for anyone anywhere with that sliver of hope you'll make it to the next level.
