If the NBA does single game elimination playoffs, how much do you acknowledge it?

If the Rockets win

This board will accept any team but the lakers and rockets. If either team wins, it wont count. If anyone else does, it's fine

If you don’t have to travel, you can play 5 or more games a week
But we acknowledge the winners of the NCAA tournaments and the Final Four teams over the #1 seeds. Nobody is getting a trophy for being a 31-3 #1 seed.
Single game rounds won’t be optimal, but the NBA when it comes back probably won’t have time to do the full playoffs. 24 teams will probably be the optimal size, playing five rounds of best of 3 series, starting in mid June and doing one series a week until mid July, all in Las Vegas without fans there

That’s only 5 games max for the championship participants. I’d prefer they did it over 5 weeks with a best of 3 series.

Whatever the rules are, everyone has to play by them. That makes the winner of whatever format ends up happening the champion of this league for this year.

LSU will continue to be the last team to win a legitimate championship until we get fans in the stands and are back to our regular schedule and season/playoff lengths.
