Brady had some real clunkers in Super Bowls.

2001 16/27 145 yds 1 TD 0 INT
2003 32/48 354 yds 3 TD 1 INT
2004 23/33 236 yds 2 TD 0 INT
2007 29/48 266 yds 1 TD 0 INT
2011 27/41 276 yds 2 TD 1 INT
2014 37/50 328 yds 4 TD 2 INT
2016 43/62 466 yds 2 TD 1 INT
2017 28/48 505 yds 3 TD 0 INT
2018 21/35 262 yds 0 TD 1 INT
2020 21/29 201 yds 3 TD 0 INT

What were all these "clunkers" he had in the super bowl?

Brady's team never got dominated in any Super Bowl they lost.

Philly kicked their arse in 52. Score was closer than the game. Pats were in constant catch up mode hence the 505 passing yards.

Pats really couldn’t stop them. They took a lead only after they gave up 32 points and then gave up 9 more points in the 4th.

Pats under Brady also never blew anyone out. Brady never had that 20+ point blow out like other elite QBs did until his last one with the Bucs. All of his wins with the Pats were decided late in the 4th Quarter.

Bradshaw, Montana, and Aikman all had multiple dominant wins.

I love how yall just ignore the fact that Brady lost in the playoffs to

Mark Sanchez
Ryan Tannehill
Eli Manning
Eli Manning
Joe Flacco
Jake Plummer
and Dak

What other great QB lost to as many trash QBs?

So the Patriots had a 4th quarter lead but the game really wasn't as close as the core shows? A bit of a stretch don't you think? The Eagles didn't ice that game until a sack/fumble right before the 2 minute warning

Wow.

Brady has more Super Bowls played than he has INTs in Super Bowls.

And Philly went right back down the field and scored. Pats clawed back in by holding Philly to field goals, but they never stopped them at any point of the game.

Brady coughed up the ball to hand them the win. Granted, the Pats D completely failed. But they weren’t winning that game. They got mauled at every point, in every phase.

He also has to go to another team and win one imo.

I think only Brady and Peyton have accomplished that feat, though I could be wrong.

Count me in the camp where he has to get to 8.
Brady’s postseason career, especially SB’s is just ridiculous.
Mahomes has 2 clunkers and he wasn’t great against the niners in 54 until the late 4th.

You think super bowl rings grow on trees?

The only Super Bowl game where Mahomes was great for almost the entire game was that first match-up against the Eagles from two years ago. Hurts and Mahomes put on a show that night; it's a shame one of them had to lose.

How would a Kentucky fan know anything about rings?

One that played a very long time and was in the playoffs pretty much every year?

Mahomes is playing for lifetime 2nd best. It’s over. The bloom is off the rose. The Eagles have established the blueprint to beat him. No fricks given, just come after him.

Mahomes would need at least 10 rings to be considered close to Brady

Edward Patrick was marred by multiple instances of cheating, so, assuming the WWNFLOL doesn't script a "gate" storyline, I'd say Mahomes is already greater.
