Joe made it to the playoffs several times in high school but never won a championship. There was talk of a family curse before this season.

Trevor Lawrence hadn’t lost a football game since being a sophomore in high school so I’d assume he’s got high school and college championships. Just hasn’t had a shot at one in the pros yet.

I'll throw out a random one

Mike Fontenot

High School State Title (Salmen 1996)
College World Series Title (LSU 2000)
World Series Champion (Giants 2010)

And an obvious one:

Tiger Woods
2x 10-under World Champion
11&12 World Champion
2x 13&14 World Champion
15-17 World Champion
3x US Junior Amateur Champion
3x US Amateur Champion
1996 NCAA Champion
15x Major Champion

He, quite literally, has won a championship at the highest level of his sport, for his age group, since he was 9 years old.
