Agreed. But I have watched a little of some… I’ll watch more this weekend… a good idea for the future is that players have to opt out before the bowls even start.

same.

not because i've lost interest in the sport, its just that the matchups are not enticing enough for me to tune in.

i will watch louisville/USC tomorrow.

So you post on a Sports board you DON'T watch sports? Sorry for your loss.

Some of these games have fairly entertaining.

I'm with you on your whole post.

I do believe that "too much of a good thing" can actually be bad. During the season, I don't fall prey to the shitty Tuesday/Wednesday night MAC games either.

Not a single one.

I'll watch the Cotton Bowl, and that's it.

What would the consequences be if you did “fall prey”?

If CFB is on TV, odds are on I’m watching at least a quarter or two if I’m at home.

if it werent for being able to gamble from my phone now, I wouldnt have watched a second of a bowl game so far.

Ordinarily, the Tulane game today would be the first game of the bowl season Id be tuning into.

Being a Cajuns fan, I watched our game. I’ll watch the LSU game and I’ll watch the 3 playoff games.

Not a single play. I think everyone knew the playoff would devalue the other bowls even more (they were already glorified exhibitions for the most part), but the portal and NIL have made it where the players view bowls the same way now. With all the transfers and opt-outs you're getting a lot of backups vs backups, which just isn't that interesting to me.

It’s college football, I’ll watch as much as I’m able. Unfortunately there have not been many close games so far so that’s been a bummer but it’s still football.

For the people that love telling the board how little they watch, maybe soccer is a better sport for you
