How is Matt Canada still employed as an OC in the NFL.

Once he is finally let go he will move somewhere as a wr coach and then in 2 years resurface as an oc again in the NFL.

Remember that first play against BYU in the Superdome when they did all that presnap motion and the entire crowd oohed and ahhed

Chan Gailey was employed in the NFL for what seems like 30 years. Once you are in you are in. Its a small club and they recycle the same O and D Coordinators over and over and over no matter how bad you fail.

One of my favorite running stats is that the Steelers haven’t had a single 400 yard total offense game since Canada took over in 2021, 37 games now. Every other team has had at least 3 in that timeframe.
