Where would you put Giannis in that conversation? Duncan, Garnett, Barkley, Anthony Davis? Jokic is on that level

I think it's clear he's well ahead of

Garnett, Barkley, Anthony Davis

and I'm a huge KG-stan

When you get past the MJ/Lebron and Kareem top 3, then you're in the Magic Duncan, Bird tier. I think Jokic is in that tier, ahead of Russell, Wilt, and Shaq (who may be the next 3, but not necessarily in that order).

After THAT tier, it opens up a great deal, generally. You have something like 30 guys who can argue to be in the next 5 spots, so trying to do a definitive ranking is pointless. That's where KG, Barkley, Hakeem, Steph, Durant, West, Oscar, both Malones, etc. are. Your other current guys in that tier are like Kawhi, CP3, Giannis, etc.

Steph needs to be in the top group you are listing.

The "30 guys" referenced. In the middle-ish. Top 20-25 or so.

In all honesty, Durant, too, but I'm not trying to be too controversial to the Gen X and boomers who will derail the thread if we put too many new guys over their guys

Zero evidence other than gossip. If that’s your standard nobody is good at anything.

Because right now he's averaging 30 points per game (3rd in NBA) 13.1 rebounds per game (3rd in NBA) 10.2 assists per game (2nd in NBA) 1.8 steals per game (4th in NBA) 57% from the field (12th in NBA)] 47.4% from three (3rd in NBA) 81% from the line

Those are crazy good numbers he’s currently averaging!
