Also have players compete in a Ninja Warrior or Wipeout type of challenge. I would watch that.
Players make too much money for those type things anymore. Back in the 70s you had the Superteams TV show. Players participated because $10,000 or so still meant something.

Did the extra curricular activities end after the Patriot RB blew his knee out? Growing up the skills challenge was my favorite thing to watch. See who had the strongest arm for QBs, see the linemen bench absurd amount of weight, the gauntlet for RBs. Wish they would really spotlight that again.

Maybe they should just have it for younger players like the NBA rising stars challenge. It would give younger players a chance to see the field and they would actually play hard
