How can the best QB prospect ever go 3 years and never be the best player in CFB?

The best player in college football isn't necessarily the Heisman.

Never said it was but Lawrence has obviously never been the best either way. Cant even win one with all the hype he gets

His freshman year he didn’t start until like the 5th game this year he missed a couple of games with COVID but also Clemson’s schedule doesn’t lend it self to a Heisman type year.

He won a National title and has only 1 loss as a starter WGAF that he didn’t win a Heisman
