NBA actually loves the small market teams doing good, they couldn’t have been happier about Greek Freak thriving in Milwaukee for example. They had made several rules to help out the small markets.
Yet everyone thinks they secretly rig the games to help the big market teams like the Knicks, Celtics, and lakers etc for some reason.
