Who's moving up? Who's moving down? Will any schools chose to play up a few classifications?

Ouachita is going to cause a huge ripple effect. By dropping from 5A to 4A, the entire face of 5A in North La. will be overhauled.

The Shreveport/Bossier area will be split. Bossier schools will merge with Monroe area.

Shreveport will merge with Alexandria area.

I don’t think Evangel wants to deal with all that travel. They drop down to 4A into a much more localized district.

Hopefully we get start to get some synergy from being in the same charter network as Karr

I like what the new coach is doing so far

Which is what happened the last time Ouachita dropped to 4A. West Monroe was in a district with the schools North of I-20. Ruston was in a district with the schools South of I-20. Now it will be Bossier schools with us. So Benton, Airline, Parkway, Haughton, Ruston, and West Monroe in a district. Basketball gets easier while baseball is much tougher. That's a legit baseball district now.

Nothing confirmed, but that's the district I've seen floated around with the 3 CenLA teams moving to Shreveport.

LCA is 1A size, play in district 7-1A. They will be 2-A size, not sure if they are considering playing up or not.

I don't get this. Wouldn't it just be easier to keep the current WM, Ruston, ASH, Pineville, and Natch Central district? That's 5 teams still

Ouachita can’t beat West Monroe so they will drop down to 4a and get beat by Neville instead.
