You can certainly make a case for K being the best ever IMO.

No doubt. I just don't think it's a runaway clear cut case.

I will put him in top 10% though

These guys are all equal

Larry Brown
Wooden
Lute Olson
Dean Smith
Henry Iba
Bob Knight

Guys who don't get enough credit
Ralph Milker
Ray Meyer
Frank Maquire

No Rupp who still sits at #2 all-time in winning percentage (.822) with 876 wins and 4 championships when they didn't let everybody and your mother in the tournament?

Duke has been elite for a very long time and that's basically all attributable to Coach K. He deserves all the recognition he gets, and he's changed his style to meet the demands of the times in certain ways. That's the mark of a great leader.

I think it's close among K and Wooden. They are very similar guys.

You mean way, way tougher to get in and make the championship run to begin with?

Greatest irony of any coach to ever live. Comes into the ACC whining and complaining about all the unfair calls UNC gets only to be given multiple championships at the assist of refs years later.

I really hope you are not this big of a little bitch IRL
