What he has done at Michigan is already amazing. 3 straight games over Ohio State and 3 straight Big Ten titles. Michigan had basically no shot of beating OSU before Harbaugh fixed things at Michigan. I hope he doesn’t leave for the NFL, I think he makes college football better.

I'm always a sucker for the autists. Love him in college, but there would be something nice about him walking out the door, away from the NCAA, with a title in hand.

Harbaugh is only 3-5 vs Ohio State.

John Cooper was 2-10-1 vs Michigan when Jim Tressel took over Ohio State.
Tressel proceeded to go 9-1 vs Michigan & won a national title in his 2nd year.
That's far more impressive than Harbaugh taking 6 years to beat his rival & 8 years to get to a title game.

Well yeah, he had to fix the dumpster fire. Now that he has……. he has them rolling. It took a little time but he did it. An amazing job. 3-0 the last 3 years.

It's wild that he was considered a failure three years ago. This is why you shouldn't always fire coaches right away. I think BK re-tooled once or twice at ND, which is more evidence that it's sometimes better to stick with the coach you have and encourage him to make changes within the program.

It's the same thing. There is no one in the Big 10 that can be considered a great team. And he's beating Ryan Day OSU. He's not facing Urban Lyar.

Already? It took him 6 seasons to finally beat Ohio State. Basically at about the same time that Day was working with only his recruits and no more of Myers'.

Number 2. Beating Saban once when he's playing with a liability at QB doesn't overtake 7 Nattys.

Jim Harbaugh has achieved more than Belichick or Saban in some respects (the number of places he’s succeeded at AND the pro and college success).

The only thing that’s lacking for him in the GOAT coaching metric is titles and longevity.

Kirby Smart says "hello."

And no he won't be b/c he's bolting to the NFL w/quickness regardless of the outcome on Monday night. He's already hired an NFL agent.

Eli Drinkiwitz beat Ohio State with Missouri.

Harbaugh has done a very good / great job. But they play a complete joke of a non-conference schedule and have only two opponents with a pulse until they get to the playoffs. Harbaugh also is playing against Ryan Day’s Ohio State and not Jim Tressel or Urban Meyer’s Ohio State.

If he stays in college, the longevity will come. He is currently the best coach in college football. I don’t care about Saban’s past, it was great. But now that NIL has neutralized Bama a bit, it shows that they are no longer some dominant team and Saban has to play on a more even field. Right now, Harbaugh is better.

Again, Kirby is better.

Technically he's number 3 behind Kirby and Saban.

Funny how you have no retort to Kirby being better than Harbaugh. You've run away from the thread.

It’s Michigan not Northwestern

Michigan has always had the resources
to be way better than they have. A series of bad coaching hires is why they struggled for so long especially against tOSU

I think this year was one of Saban’s best coaching jobs. They have talent but not the insane rosters they had 2009-2020 he also doesn’t seem to have the elite assistants he’s had in the past
