Stupid stat of the day.
If a record number of viewers tuned into the Super Bowl, then a record number of viewers had their tvs on during halftime.
No one turns it off at halftime then turns it back on for the game. I put my kid to bed at halftime, but the tv was still on and i didn’t watch a second of it. Most people probably watched it, but it’s not like people tuned in just for the halftime show.

I think they are lying about the numbers. Definitely doesn’t include all the millions that muted it or left the room.

The HT show was complete arse but I was watching.

Nobody knows how TV ratings work. With all the technology now, they still rely on surveys.
And then extrapolate according to what they wanted to happen.

People are fascinated by train wrecks.
But I didn't believe the ratings #s for a second. Everyone was taking a piss at Halftime and most just have the game on in the background at their SB Holiday party cookout, especially after the 2nd quarter and the game was over.
NFL has shown it likes to lie.
Especially when it comes to woke nonsense.
