This frickin' shite! And then they bring up the "intent of the rule" until it doesn't benefit them and then claim "that's not what is says in the book". I've always said, everybody needs to have one rulebook.

One thing I have learned from this is that Kristian Garic is a uneducated fool.
His latest Facebook post is incoherent.

To be fair, Mr. Bonine didn't come across well, either on Tuesday.

Just their names, really.
I didn't pay as much attention once-upon-a-time.

Did Tommy Henry ever pay back the association for all his cigars and suits?

From Garic
“Interesting development in Andrew Robison case. Judge signs Temp Restraining Order filed against the LHSAA another step in the right direction that Robison gets on the field. HHS has to get assurance that no further penalties will come from LHSAA”

The Robisons win a temp order that would allow him to play immediately, but HHS would still face LHSAA penalties if they lose. Story to come

highly doubt Hahnville puts any potential games on the line by playing him until the court rules definitely that he can play

like a st charles parish judge wasn't gonna grant a TRO...
so the lesson is kids if you don't like the rules and break the rules..... sue..

Does Garic have an affiliation with HHS? Thought I recall something in regards to this. Child goes to school there maybe?

He lived in Luling but he did not go to Hahnville and I don't think his kid is that old yet to go their. Know someone who lives near his mother and they claim he is a real a$$hole.

Or how they moved to Hahnville because the dad got a job to support his family of 5, and now he was just going to be a volunteer coach.

Right....

So now they have put Hahnville in a situation....they gotta take a chance at LHSAA putting the screws to the school if this all blows up in order for the kid to play?
