53 passes tonight is laughable for Freeman and would be bordering on a lot to a little too much for people like Drew Brees or Peyton Manning.

for once I watched some of the commentary after the game.

and I agree with what they said.

Why put a guy like Freeman out there when he's had hardly any time to get used to the offense or even get to know the rest of his teammates?

dude was kind of still a basket case after the circus down in Tampa.

I agree it was stupid of the coaching staff to start him. After seeing him in practice they should have known what to expect.

However, a rookie could make better throws to wide open receivers than he.
