I forget that you are too stupid to argue with. Carry on.

You seem very confused

We understand they aren’t under contract, which means they absolutely are free to play at LIV. The tour can’t stop them

However, you seem to be confused the Tour is an organization with agreed upon bylaws for its members. If you go against those bylaws; they can restrict you from being a member.

I’m sure some player will try and fight it in court, good luck to him

Besides fake media members and fake people, I don’t think anyone is actually mad at him. It’s all bullshite virtue signaling. Same as how some on this board acted mad at the NBA for playing in China, nobody really gives a shite

Americans are consistent throughout our history, give me more money and I don’t care what you do, just don’t frick with me personally

I'd argue that western governments are worse in many respects. What the Sauds did to Keshogi we've done to Julian Assange over 12 years. They have treated women poorly but were pumping our kids full of trans stuff and how evil their heritage is. I kind of prefer their model in some respects.

In the college NIL era, those are meaningless. If the NCAA can’t stop players from earning money, the PGA can’t infringe upon players’ rights to earn either with their bylaws.

That ruling related to making money off one’s own name and likeness. It didn’t relate to forcing an organization to retain a member

No the only thing I'm confused about is why you continue to act like some sort of expert that has it all figured out.

This is a mostly unique situation and we are trying to digest the nuances of it all while drawing analogies to other relevant issues. That's how intelligent conversations work.

It's always the people who know the least that are the most sure of themselves.

Obviously the NCAA has to or there would be hell to pay. Otherwise they would just say that kids could get NIL, but the NCAA wouldn’t allow them to play in their organization

For that much money I might even let them chop up my caddy when I’m done.

Yeah the Russian tennis players were supposed to be banned from some of the big tournaments. Not sure what the legal outcome of that one was but it's obvious that we are in a new era if stupidity from major sports leagues.

I'd do the same thing. Money talks. DJ played 10 events this season so far for $1.682,400. 2020-21 season: 21 events for $5,001,136.

You are the one that brought up other sports leagues in ther breath of “allowing their players to compete other places”, when in fact those sports leagues do not allow this….

Don’t piss and moan and try and act like you came in without an air of confidence just because you were wrong

The situation here isn’t difficult. Both the players and tour are serving their best interests, and the courts will ultimately decide

It's extremely simple to understand the point he was trying to make, but I understand it's hard for autists to think in the gray

Nevwr is such a strong word

I don’t think he will play another round anytime soon on the tour if he does in fact play the LIV event. The bombshell moment one way or the other is what the USGA does in two weeks. Will be one of the biggest moments for golf in terms of the direction of its future since tiger came along
