Don’t the cowboys still need a RB?

As I watched his plays on ESPN, every one of his receptions came after he pushed off the DB.

Meh, I don’t think he’ll do this.

I bet he’s less of a distraction with Dallas.

Do you watch the Steelers? He was a constant distraction for them and only plays when he wants to.

Dude has all the talent in the world, but is a head case. Are you arguing that he is not? Where is YOUR evidence?

Steelers as an organization seem to try to make it impossible for their coaching to actually win.

Okay you trade Pickens... why didn't you move up to draft a high quality WR?

They do things that doesn't make sense if what you're trying to do is win a championship

To be fair, Pickens is kind of nuts and maybe he just hit the point of pushing too many people into the trade camp.

The subtle shove off is a time honored WR tradition. Randy Moss was probably the best at it, he'd bring his arms up for the catch in a way it shoved off DBs.

There's 5 on the roster currently including 2 they just drafted.

RB shouldn't be a problem. After Bradin Cooks left in off-season they had no WR other than CD and Turpin that were decent. Tolbert hasbeen a miss. They needed another one especially sense they didn't draft any.

I doubt this works out though.

Dak throws it like 50 times a game and they don't really have a true RB1 now. Pickens should get more than his fair share of targets. He's still gonna cry though

Yikes. Pickens has been so bad that Antonio Brown called him immature on X. Take the game against the Bengals last season when the Steelers were still fighting to win the division.

He was flagged for two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties and also had several drops. He had 1 reception, 6 targets, 3 drops, and 0 receiving yards. The three drops hit him dead in the hands and the penalties killed two potential scoring drives. One of the penalties was taunting AFTER a dropped pass. He then went into the locker room, got into a fight with Minkah Fitzpatrick and then left without doing any interviews. Tomlin's quote about him was he "just got to grow up".

The guy insanely talented, but has been a mess mentally.

ETA: Here are some article headlines from the last couple years.

"George Pickens is creating issues in the Steelers locker room
Per Dejan Kovacevic, at least one of Pickens teammates is tired of his act. Here's what Kovacevic wrote on Monday morning:"

"George Pickens drama in Steelers locker room was even worse than we thought
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is creating all sorts of drama in the locker room."

Makes trading a 4th for Mingo at the deadline last season look even worse.

Somebody once said there's nothing going through George Pickens head except CTE and Young Boy NBA lyrics.

Couldn't be more accurate. This isn't going to work out for Dallas.

I give it 2 games before he throws a fit on the sideline bc Dak throws to CeeDee and not him

That sounds about right. I'd like to think he quits at halftime in game 2 with a "frick y'all I'm out" though.
