People have been conditioned to actually want targeting everytime guys bump heads while also whining about how soft the game is.
It needs to be revamped where there is a simple penalty for contact vs expulsion for the crown launching that 99.9 percent of people can recognize right away.

They can fix the whole issue by adding in a targeting 1 and 2 where 1 is lacking intent and is just a penalty while 2 is intentional and a penalty with ejection. Like flagrant 1 and 2 in basketball.
