Wilbon is saying the trophy was being wheeled into the arena at the end of the 4th quarter to present to San Antonio

SA gagged. Up by 5 with 28 sec. All you have to do is play SOME defense and make FTs.

I'm all over his nuts but it's really making me scratch my head how people dog him all the time and then watch that 4th quarter and their jaws don't drop at what Lebron did. fricking A even on D. I guess throw this one in the files of his epic shite for y'all to forget?

As a huge Heat fan - everyone will criticize anything the Heat do wrong. I used to laugh at the idea of Haters but they are out there.

I don't know when missing free throws all if a sudden becomes luck for the Heat. Its part of the game.

The story to ESPN is the epic choke job by the Spurs. I'm surprised they aren't slobbing Heat knobs

a big reason why i'm such a fan of lebron is how many observation biases you see when people talk about him yeah he wasn't great once wade came back in but he had a triple double while guarding a point most of the game

I KNOW people like me are a big reason other root against him. But my goodness. Guarded a water bug. Blocking a center when it would have been a HUGE bucket for the Spurs. Scored who knows how many points in the 4th. HIS PASSES WHEN HE WASN'T SHOOTING. He had steals too. It was INSANE. And people are talking about too much contact on the last 3

Btw I took my first vyvance today...I feel like my heart might explode.

Spurs had a ton of chances to win this game and gave them away. Can't blame the refs.

Yep. Pop really screwed them. Took Duncan out and didn't call a TO and instead let garbage arse Ginobli run through the lanes like a RB.

Magic, typical after every loss, says "I don't know if the Spurs can recover"

LJ travels every play in that case. Alenn IMO got the ball , good call or no call IMO.... SPURS missed 2 FT in the last 20 seconds of regulation , and the HEAT GOT LUCK.... on the LJ 3 ball three Spurs on the rebound and they knocked it away from themselves.. LUCKY with skill but very lucky

The missed FT's were a bigger story than some of the junk people are talking about. Heat got lucky there for sure.

If you can't see the elbow you are FOS and blind , just because basketball has become a BS sport because of bad reffing doesn't mean we can't call a spade a spade , LJ swung his elbow into Greens chest , that is a foul.

It was never stripped away. Spurs still had a chance with a minute to go.

what's wrong with appreciating, at the least, the best NBA player since jordan?

he's a truly amazing basketball player and we may not see another player at this level for a long time
