If FSU farts around with Louisville they are vulnerable to being left out. Have to think committee is salivating over Texas right now.

Georgia
Michigan
Washington
Texas

That’s a strong group.

FSU isn’t winning tonight with their third string QB which is a shame for them because they could’ve won it all with Travis.

I was thinking the same thing about an hour ago. Undefeated ACC champs can’t be left out, and the committee knows it. Texas will be the big loser if Georgia and Michigan win.

FSU isn't getting in the playoff. They aren't a top 4 team, not even with the starter at QB.

Y’all are fricking crazy.

An undefeated FSU gets in 100/100 times no matter who the QB is.

And their third string quarterback put up 59 against Wisconsin in the big ten championship.

That’s 59-0.

FSU is the lock of the century to get in if they win tonight. It’s hilarious anyone actually has tried to convince themselves differently

I can’t tell if these posts are serious or it’s just people fricking off

OSU got in because they beat Wisconsin 52-0 with their 3rd string qb.

If FSU wins 52-0, nobody outside of Austin or Tuscaloosa will consider them a turd in the punch bowl.

UW still has a healthy Penix.

If FSU loses, who gets in?

Georgia/Alabama winner
Michigan
Washington
Ohio State/Georgia with a loss/Texas

That was an anomaly. Florida State is going to get mauled

People thought the same about Ohio State going into the first ever CFP, then they beat a Bama team that had won 3/5 previous NC games.

Everyone just knew Oregon was destroying Washington last night.

There’s countless other examples every season. It’s why talking in absolutes means nothing. They have to play the games to know for sure, and undefeated FSU will have earned that right like it or not.

Lost to an unranked team by 2 scores

Best wins were #8 and 18

On their 3rd string qb
They also got in with 7 wins one time.

I don’t understand the hate for Alabama and their treatment by the committee or BCS for that matter.

Alabama has not been egregiously given the benefit of the doubt or special treatment like y’all say.

That would be OSU(I think?)

That makes it all really easy.

SEC Champ
BIG10 Champ - Assuming Michigan wins
PAC12 Champ
BIG12 Champ

Makes it a tidy decision. If Michigan loses all hell will break loose.

Bama stop trying to think your way into the playoff.
The accounting sucks, but is a P5 conference and if FSU wins tonight they will be undefeated champion gets in over a 1 loss TEXAS

Love this argument only being used against FSU. UGA with close calls against Auburn and GT. Washington with close calls against basically half their schedule. Literally every team in playoff contention have had “close calls”. It’s not easy to go undefeated and blow out every team you play.

But hey let’s only nitpick FSU blowing a 31-10 lead @BC and ignore the other teams close calls.

All of those other teams with their close calls still have their starting QB in the lineup.

And it's not just the close calls, FSU will be playing better competition without the main catalyst of the offense. UW doesn't survive those close calls without Penix.
