Joe Girardi is not my idea of a great manager, but yes, he is better than Fredi.

I've watched almost every inning this team has played this year, I can't imagine anyone could do much worse than he has this year. He has also panicked quite a bit in September with some of his in-game moves and lineups.

Good try Freddie. That double play was for the greater good though. Maybe we will have a new manager next year that won't do stupid shite like holding an irrelevant runner on 1st in a game that means your season.
