Pudge was and is a known steroid guy, plus just look at his body change throughout his career. Anyone on those 90s Texas Rangers team is basically dirty. Canseco, although a bit of a stooge, is the only guy who has seemingly told the truth throughout.

Do yourself a favor and google images of Frank Thomas in High school and during his time at Auburn. He's always been a massive guy.

Thomas never juiced. He was always the first in line for testing and has always been a big guy.
That is why he has always called out the others. His numbers would have been much more respected if everyone else wasn't juicing so much at the time.

I thought that was common knowledge. Canseco named him and you can check his spike in weight and home runs during his time with the juice club in Texas.

You do know he went to college as a tight end to play football right? Big Hurt did not juice. Pudge def did but even when he wasn't on steroids was the best catcher in the league so it doesn't really matter.

He looked the same when he was at Auburn. He's just a naturally jacked individual

Yeah, that makes sense... Because Ivan Rodriguez used steroids.

It's a shame this sport was altered by the use of PEDs to the extent that it happened

Frank was a big boy when he was at Auburn. He didn't just grow over an offseason, guy was a big boy. I believe The Football team wanted him to play TE??? Or he played football??
Posted on 1/29/17 at 9:07 pm to stlslick
He went to Auburn on a football scholarship to play TE. His passion was baseball, however. After seeing how good of a baseball player Thomas was, Pat Dye told him to concentrate on and only play baseball, but let him keep his football scholarship. Thomas only played one season on the football team

Pudge definitely used steroids. It is absurd that he got in first ballot while Bonds and Clemens, who were HOF players before they ever used, are still not in.

I thought this was already known.

OK so now any player who gets bigger and stronger from 21-25 , like all pro athletes do, is assumed to be juicing, with no evidence and never being named by anyone? If you're gonna bitch about bagwell you basically have to bitch about anyone who played during that era and hit more than 25 homers a year.
We get it frank, you didn't use, congrats.

I don't believe Griffey Jr. did. Not saying he was the only great player from that era that didn't but I'm glad he got into the hof so easily and it should have been unanimous. Football's my favorite sport to watch, basketball's my favorite to play, but Ken Griffey Jr. will always be my favorite athlete.

It was an evolution that was inevitable. Big paydays, thin lines in talent between those who make it and barely don't. Upper management turning a blind eye (at best) to it only allowed it to get to the level it did. Which I guess deserves some shame, but overall through the steroid era I don't view it as overly shameful.

Frank Thomas has not aged at all. Still looks like he could play

Frank admits to using greenies for an advantage when fatigued...
