Damnit. Hamilton is so good.

I think Max is forcing him to up his game and he’s enjoying it.

That last stint in Q3 was head scratcher with everyone +.300 or more... wind?

Also, I'm really impressed with what Alpine is putting together this year.

Hamilton was genuinely surprised how young PDLR still looks. PDLR was relegated to McLaren test driver when Hamilton was signed in 2007, and was in that role for three seasons, so they know each other well.

Old guys Alonso, Vettel, and Räikkönen are not looking good.

Wow, I really thought Perez would finally be the decent teammate Max needs, but he also seems to be crumbling under the weight of that pressure.

Really needed someone other than Hamilton on pole for some intrigue on Sunday.

Otherwise battle for second down tomorrow should be great. Everyone else will be bunched together

What frustrates me is that with no refueling, there needs to be a big enough difference in the tire compounds that alternate strategies are common. An S/M/S two-stopper should be competitive with a S/H one-stopper (or something like that). Or better yet, don't require using two compounds in the race, make S/S/S comparable to M/M and H/S. Now that would make the racing more interesting, and if someone has an early race incident and has to pit early, it gives them a viable alternative strategy to get back in the mix (requiring two compounds can really mess with this). Pirelli does nothing but disappoint. I'd love for Michelin or Bridgestone to return.

Lost a ton of respect for Yuki and glad to see people calling him out for it.

Are people calling him out for that interview of him whining about the car like a bitch? I only caught a second of it, but he sounded like a child.

Yes, one of the former drivers kinda pretty badly called him out telling him hes a child and maybe he should stop making mistakes before calling out his team whose working very hard to help him be successful

I'm assuming he'll learn to control his public comments, he doesn't need this kind of attention.

Ultimately, Tsunoda's on-track performance will determine his fate, and right now he's 0 for 4 in qualifying performance, and 1 for 3 in race performance. He needs to score some points badly to get the narrative back on the right track. But Gasly's qualifying result doesn't bode well for the AlphaTauri's race potential.

Do all F1 drivers have life coach/manager like Sainz and his cousin? If so, Id think that person to Tsu will have a sit down before anyone on team.

They all have performance coaches for sure. Those guys do a ton of training and they are most definitely athletes.

Ah yes, the bullshite race crisis narrative based on piece of shite George Floyd's fraudulent death via "racism," - in Minneapolis.

They mentioned it on the pre-race. I think it was Brundle called that Tsu needed a "Driver Coach".

Of course Tsu is all appologies this morning. I liked how someone on SkySports busted his balls even more this morning comparing him to a politician the morning after saying something.
