Hulk might have his seat by the end of the day. They shut Albon's bitch arse down. Oh, I'm sorry, Albon, are the big boys trying to race you too hard?

His instant realization and regret that he forgot. He'll just have to do it again in a couple weeks.

It’s true that Albon has struggled, but he has talent. I think it’s all in his head, like a golfer with the yips. He needs the season to be over and start from scratch somewhere.

Horner said Albon hit debris that punctured his radiator causing high temps. So they didn’t retire him because he threw a fit in the car.

HOT INFO:

Arrow McLaren sacked Oliver Askew (shocking move with Indy Racing)...word is Checo is probably taking the seat and MAY race in the Indy Racing League next year. Perez has stayed his dream was to race Indy...plus he would be closer to home.

Something to keep an eye on.

Id lose a shite ton of respect for Williams if they let Russell go for checo after blocking a move to mercedes. Would be a ultimate dick move.

Williams new ownership would be admitting they have no desire to win if they have two pay drivers with a very limited future.

Perez for Latifi makes sense, money for money and Perez is a better driver. Russell is a better driver than Perez and Merc owes him a seat (I think contractually) so they will pay up.

Perez might be using this as a bargaining chip for whoever he is negotiating with.

Ya, I dont have anything against Perez trying to get a ride, my issue is more that Claire blocked Russell leaving only to sell the team and have the new owners let him go. Thats pretty dick.

OTOH, we might get to see Russell in a much much better car sooner, so I guess thats a good thing.

Ya, I dont know about Latifi. He hasnt done horrible, but he is also in a shite car.

Perez can't separate himself from Stroll, who has had a fair share of bad luck this season.

I don't think Stroll is a bad driver, but Perez is on that level.

New Williams better not do that. I get there's always collateral in a company sale, but not my boy Russell. I desperately want to see him in a mid-field competitive car, and staying in F1 is the only way that happens for him.

Watching the F1 series on Netflix and am hooked. Currently on season 2 and I can’t believe how incompetent Haas is. Guenther is probably my favorite person in this series though.

It’s a fantastic series and was also my intro to F1. I wish I’d gotten into the sport years ago.

Any of you watch WRC? My brother tells me it’s like Isle of Man with cars but worse.

And so it begins...

Saw both announced separately. Does that mean they left?

Checo seems to make sense but they don’t always seem to do what makes sense. They could benefit from his financial backing and I’d think they’d want to pair a veteran with the rookie to help with car development.

Either way I feel like Checo will be in F1 in 2021, I think he’s got 3 possible landing spots in Haas, Red Bull, or Williams.

the website racer (ie gossip)...is saying Mick could be the other Haas driver assuming finishing 6th or higher in F2.

Also, they said Checo may push out Russell at Williams which makes no sense.

Mazepin and Mick are my two choices. Go young with money backing.
