I think it was P3 where Crofty went a little hard on the Ferrari/FIA secrecy. By making Ferrari undo whatever they did the FIA did more punishment than could have been accomplished through being public.
The paddock probably know what happened so that is sort of all that matters.

They have done it on a number of occasions this year IIRC. They weren't saying straight up that Ferrari cheated but heavily implying that last year's engine was illegal. My guess is that they got some serious bitching from Ferrari and now are limited in what they can say.
