Guarantee the ratings would go way up if you did put a couple guys in the league just to watch them dominate. The curiosity factor alone in an inter gender competitive league really hasn’t ever been tried before.

Just ask him what his definition of a woman is and then follow up by asking if he identifies as a woman based on that definition. If he lies on either one perjure him.
Courts are not places to go play identity politics. If he was doing this in any sort of good faith as someone actually identifying as a woman it may be an interesting case but he is not so it is not.
