Why does he have the body of an obese middle-aged woman? I have never seen a man look like this.. something about his build is just womanly.

That’s what a muscled up guy who gets old, stops lifting, eats/drinks too much and doesn’t GAF ends up looking like.
The muscle turns to fat and the loose skin hangs in an unfortunate way.
