I think this is backwards. My understanding is that he won 75k for LeBron's charity as well for making the shot, which might go towards explaining part of LeBron's reaction. He's wearing a Carmex jacket while shooting. Carmex is a sponsor of LeBron James apparently. So they partnered up for this contest.
Ironically, the guy is from a Chicago suburb and is a Bulls fan.
