Hmm, did Mercedes screw up by not telling Hamilton to pit for softs a few laps ago? Seems like Verstappen can take him in the next eight laps.
Wow, great to see Albon up to P5.

Didn't he just go through this at Hungary? He questioned the team for telling him to pit again, and it was the perfect decision.
He does seem to have make poor choices.
See the neck tattoos for further proof.

Oh no, the one place Verstappen can pass is yellow for the last two laps.

Good race. I really like these strategic races where guys with different grip levels are battling near the end.

That was a good one. It would have been even better if Ferrari and Albon had been a factor.
It was also a sellout crowd. Looked like a perfect day for racing. Hopefully Junior had a good time.
Already getting depressed that the season is almost over.

I didn't watch the whole thing but it appears LeClerk had fastest lap, again, but finished 4th?
Ferrari is ridiculous.

He came in late for tires. He was 1 second a lap off the pace from the very beginning. Some people think that whatever tricky thing Ferrari has been doing with their engine, they've stopped doing. Their straight line speed advantage has dipped quite a lot. That might explain why they are back to their Summer form.

He got fresh tires late and got the fastest lap, it was certainly not because they had pace. He was a non-factor all day.

Rumor is that Red Bull has been preparing to lodge a protest.

Why does Sky give these dumb arse celebrities air time? Will.I.am and Mathew McConaughey add nothing but bullshite.

Oh that was Will.Am.I? That was some dumbassery he was spitting. Made zero sense.

Apparently Verstappen told Dutch media that “that’s what happens when you stop cheating” about Ferrari losing pace.

What is suspected Ferrari was doing with their engine?

Two things.
Sneaking fuel in when the fuel flow isn't being measured. Red Bull asked the FIA for clarification on this rule earlier in the week.
Allowing for a slow cooling leak (using an oil for cooling and leaking it into the engine to burn)

You are aware Ham beat Nico by 67 points when they were teammates in 2014 and by 59 points in '15?
If Ham's engine doesn't go in Malaysia, he wins the '16 title too. He had a huge lead in that race when it blew up. I like Nico, but Ham already had 3 titles with 2 teams by 2016.

Hey, F1's viewership grew, so more power to them, but I don't have to pretend the bullshite isn't bullshite.

This was my first F1 race to attend, and damn it was great. Turn 15 gave us exciting action all weekend long. Watching Bottas go at Hamilton on the back straight was amazing.
Lando running through the pack at the end as well. Canada or Mexico next year for sure!
