If y’all want an example of one guy just carrying a franchise on his back while constantly being let down by his teammates, this is it.

My favorite goalie of all time. One of the best Habs ever, just bad luck with his timing.

St. Louis has an MVP in each of the four major sports. Last time for each.

MLB: Goldschmidt (2022)
NFL: Kurt Warner (2001)
NHL: Chris Pronger (1999-2000)
NBA: Bob Pettit (1958-59)

Crazy thing is Brees outperformed him by a good bit. There’s nothing to justify it to Manning.

Was coming to post Chris Paul

Kobe only won that one because of his name and people love scoring.

It's wild that Shaq nor Drew Brees ever won an MVP trophy.

The Saints were criminally overlooked in 2009 while being 13-0. The Colts were 14-0 and Peyton won MVP. It helped fuel that classic Louisiana feeling of disrespect. The Saints absolutely waxed the Colts arse in that Super Bowl. Outscoring the Colts 31-7 after falling behind 10-0 while being a decent underdog.
