Redick the ESPN talking head says whatever the producers want him to say. Ja has a history of doing idiot hood rat things with his idiot hood rat friends. The Grizzlies and the NBA don't want to be associated with that sort of thing, so Ja is going to get suspended again. What really needs to happen is someone needs to slap some sense into this knucklehead before him and his hood rat friends do something really dumb.

His whole point was to cry about gun control. He will be a coach very soon.

Public facing employees should be held to a higher standard in the media they are featured in. Morant deserves more than he’s getting

The shootings are out of control and our politicians are pieces of shite. I agree with that.

I noticed he never mentioned all of the shootings in inner cities by African Americans, which happen way more than any gun toting white, ar15 carrying xmas cards

Don't forget the vast majority of mass shootings he is talking about are committed by black guys.

can't justify being a gun proponent then demand punishment for a guy legally possessing one

i legally possess guns, but i'm also not a fricking idiot in front of millions of people with them.

See the difference?

As long as Morant doesn't break laws while in possession of a gun then why should he be suspended?

B/c he works for a company that doesn't like what he did. And he works for a different company than you and i do, and his image plays a big role in that company, and the image of him acting like a dumb arse wannabe hard thug isn't the image they want millions of people seeing BECAUSE IT AFFECTS THEIR MONEY!

Based on his prior responses in this thread, he clearly can't. He will just mock you and throw out some emoticons.

Stupidity alone isn't criminal. As long as Morant doesn't break laws while in possession of a gun then why should he be suspended? There was a time when your politics were left at the door. We need to go back to that particularly in regards to the workplace.

Why are people under the impression that you have to do something illegal in order to receive negative ramifications from your employer? I can call my boss a stupid fricking idiot and get fired, but that isn’t breaking a law either.

Because in today's America, all you have to do is throw out a few woke talking points, insult those who represent the "extreme right", and people will clap like retarded seals.

Context, accountability, and a moral compass aren't needed in these instances of virtue signaling.

As you can see, those that "agree" with Redick have also adequately defended his comments with talking points such as "LOL" and "you've been practicing".

The NRA should come out and publicly defend Ja.

Has the NRA ever defended someone doing something like this?

Get into his wallet and take his playing time.

Looks like Nike has taken their Morant sneaker off their app just before its release. Sounds like Nike might be rethinking long term.

The NBA will no doubt have to fight the Player's Union if they go for half a season. The Commish needs to send the message. Then Memphis needs to send its own message.

The NRA’s platform is huge on responsible
gun ownership. You want them to vouch for someone waving a gun around in a moving vehicle while dancing to music?

NRA sucks donkey balls for people that actually care about the 2nd amendment.

Also, why would anyone support people with idiotic gun usage. Dude was muzzle flashing people in a car.

Every time we have one of those Karen videos with the middle age white woman doing something to a young black person, it gets blasted on social media, she gets doxxed, she gets fired...and it feels like the same people that are doing the doxxing and celebrating her firing are now the same people arguing that Ja didn't break a law so it's not fair that he's getting suspended.

Funny how that works.

This exactly, see my post right above.

It's the same woke mob trying to say Ja is being wronged that are trying to ruin the lives of those caught doing dumb shite on social media and celebrating when those lives are ruined.

Regardless, I don't think I've seen someone with so much to gain just frick themselves into oblivion like I've seen Ja start to slide towards in quite some time.
