ESPN is so annoying with the WNBA stuff

It's ridiculous and almost like they're trolling their audience at this point. It takes up like half of their scroll during Wimbledon, they always inject a couple of lame WNBA highlights into their top 10 plays, and now they are breathlessly updating their website like some random woman's bball game is the Super Bowl or something.

I think it's funny because you know they generate metrics on which topics get clicks, and I know for a fact no one is clicking on the WNBA links nearly as much as they want. 
They can make the entire home page female stuff and it won't change anything.

I still get ESPN updates in my social media. Half their posts these days are WNBA. MANY MANY more WNBA posts than MLB posts, for example.
And just so you know, their WNBA posts get thousands of responses, but about 3/4 of them are “nobody cares” or “muh SJW agenda.” It’s kinda like the MSB, now that I think about.

During March Madness you'd go to ESPN for scores and they'd have the Women's Tournament at the top of the 1st page and you had to scroll down for Men's highlights.

This one is understandable as they have an obligation to drive viewers to their product (women's tourney) vs their competition with the mens.
