Lmao! Russell Wilson is the only black quarterback to win a Super Bowl this century, and a team with a black starting quarterback has made the Super Bowl 6 times since 2000. Those QBs were Steve McNair, Donovan McNabb, Colin Kaepernick, Russell Wilson (twice), and Cam Newton.
Hell, even the national champions since 2000 have seen 13 white QBs win National Titles to 7 black QBs.
But he won't get called out by the media for a racist comment like that, or for how idiotic it is.

Don’t know why people have to make everything racial. There can be both talented white and black qbs and bad white and black qbs. Earl Campbell shouldn’t have said that but the same goes for NFL scouts who think you have to be white to be a good quarterback .

While I don't agree with Campbell's statement and find it narrow minded. The flip side happens all the time. Hell, the 2011 season on this very website was a great social experiment as far as level headed LSU fans go.

If someone like Billy Cannon would have said something like this but flipped during the Jordan Jefferson era, he would have been crucified. LSU would have had to have a press conference, issue a formal apology, and BC would be Pete Rosed from the university
