Exactly. Anyone who applauds what Phillips said about the Cardinals and applauds what Votto said about the Byrd regarding the All-Star Game has absolutely no room to say anything about Carpenter's behavior last night.

I would have liked it even more if he backed up his words with actions. 0 for 5 and a strikeout to end the game doesn't correspond with the intensity in which he spewed the venom from his mouth.
