Fair and logical assessment. 
Though the team that surprises me even more than Cincinnati this year is Atlanta. I thought they were still a year or two away.
Chipper is ancient and Glaus just isn't the hitter he used to be. Their OF just isn't good.(Heyward will be great soon IMO)
Their pitching staff is good. I like the starting staff with Hudson, Hanson, Jurrgens, and Medlin (although he may miss all of next year too). They need to get rid of Lowe.
I see Philly taking the East and starting to separate themselves from the rest of the division as soon as they get healthy again.

I think the NL will shake out like this:
East: Philadelphia
Central: St Louis
West: San Francisco
Wild Card: Cincinnati
I like SF's rotation better than SD's and their offense is probably better also. Sorry Padres, I'm not sure you can overcome Lincecum, Cain, Zito, and Sanchez.
